Oh almost forgot to ask, what are the 3 holes on the rear of the intake for? This is all new to me on these engines. Thanks and have fun sir.

Vacuum ports.... brakes and npp if you have it

Thanks clarkstar, I asked because I wasn't sure what you guys were connecting to the ports. I don't have NPP, so I guess just the brakes then, unless there is something else I need to connect there. Thanks for the response sir !! Have a good day..

You will need to connect the valley cover pcv there as well.

Hey thanks lazer, was going to ask about that too as it looks like in 1 of the pics clarkstar posted that he had that tube on the front of the valley cover capped off. I'm guessing because I think he said to someone that he had breathers in both his valve covers. Thanks guys. Just trying to get all the info needed so when I go to install mine it goes smoothly with no supprises.

Yes... I capped it off. Eliminated pcv and evap solenoid...

I’m testing it for results. A gain is a gain? If I pick up 2mph and .20 over my fast is that not enough evidence it’s a gain? Me saying raph wants it tested simply means I picked up the phone and said I have to do some major work to make this fit.

Where do you think I started at with my mods? Everything I took off my totaled 1LE. Yes there are many things that cross right over in my world of modifying my cars. I’ve take the time to document, pm many of you that ask question and seek info. If you want to not take my results as a positive towards your car then that’s your choice. I’m just taking a LS3 intake and sharing info with some good friends here on the forum. I even went so far as to make a fare well post and was asked to keep some folks updated and that’s what I’m doing. It was a large investment for me to show these results. I hope you don’t think I was just sent a $1500 intake to do what I wanted with free of charge. I’m almost 20 hours deep in this thing and have a couple days left to get it sorted to try and make a record pass.
