i installed shorty jba headers and solo high flow cats also had a CAI intake and BO White ported throttle body it passed warranty and ran great with a little more decel pop, 7 months ago I had a btr stage 3 cam installed and thinking power was on the table switched out to kooks longtube with high flow cats same time.
Well the car base line Dyno was 420 rwhp amazing, and after the tune and upgrades above it hit 464 rwhp not nearly the gains I had hoped for after reading all the shorty haters here lol . Cars great now but was no slouch prior

Yep.....I managed 375 rwhp with fbo and shorties. Went longtubes and yep 375 rwhp. But on the dyno sheet the longtubes build power right off the chart while the shorties fall off. Track runs proved the longtubes did help. My Mustang buddy didn't drive past me at mid track.
