axleback opinions on drone
Just found out I am getting a nice bonus this year and will probably be upgrading my exahust. To start I will be getting TSP 1 7/8" longtubes, catless mids, and x-pipe package. Appears to be the best deal for me. I do not like the Magnaflow exhaust note so the whole package from them is out of the question. The options I have narrowed my search down to for the axleback section are as follows:
SLP LoudMouth II Spintech Bassani Street Race My concern is drone though. I previously had SLP longtubes, catless mids, x-pipe and the LM1 on my GTO and the drone was absolutely terrible. I would like to keep the Camaro a little more tame as well so I don't constantly get the stare down from police. So people who own these axlebacks with a similar setup....any drone concerns? |

IMHO: I have ARH 1 7/8 LT's with Cats and Corsa cat-back - there is zero drone. But it is loud...

Why axelback?
I have Flowmasters AT Catback with zero drone. I also have TSP Headers w NO cats ready to go on. Ive listened to a lot of YouTube videos with the same setup and sounds good. Maybe you should check it out and see if you can make a decision that way..just an idea
