air bag tank location

So im in the process of switching to air bags. the biggest thing i don't want to give up my trunk. has anyone not put the tank in the trunk but in another location?

Move the battery to just behind the passenger tail light and put the tank where the battery was. The battery takes up far less room than the tank. Even cooler, make a round tank to fit the 'spare tire well'.

I have seen some guys use the "pancake" style tanks in other spare tire well applications. You would need a minimum capacity of 3 gallons to lift the car efficiently. Unfortunately I don't make one, but I know that there are multiple pancake tanks on the market.

Ill be calling you guys soon from my shop. Ridetech is the only air system ill use. I might make a custom tank. I got to look in to that
