Why else would it have heated seats and mirrors and built in Canada if it wasn't meant to be driven in the winter. Even in the blizzard that completely shut down lake shore drive, I was able to get the Camaro out and moving here. Once I stopped it would get stuck, but I could turn off the traction control and get it going again.

YES! the 2lt comes with leather and if you get the auto trans, you get remote start as well. get the rs package for more upgraded features as well... go build one on the chevy site and figure out what your dream car is!

just my 2 cents, i have the 2LT RS with the auto trans/ remote start and i love it. more than enough power, decent gas mileage and handles extremely well. get the color combo you want and it will quickly become the car of your dreams. plus you get perma grin!

Get a set of four Blizzaks mounted on rims already from TireRack.com and you will be all set. They have great prices and are super easy to deal with. Just swap them out in the fall and back in the spring. Easy enough.
Handles better than any other car I have had and most were front wheel drive. It's the other morons on the road you gotta look out for.

ok i found a car at a dealer in TN.. im in IL
its not the model i want, but check this out its an LS (nothing wrong with that.. isnt the LT just 'trim' upgrades.. leather seats , guages, convenience pckg etc?) well this LS was dealer upgraded to all that.. its just not an RS. its not all the RS trim, well, not the roof and not the badging but its got the spoiler, ground efx, painted engine cover, yellow stiched seats.. seems like an overly loaded LS camaro.. thing is.. i wanna buy it.. i dont want to give a link out, cuz id hate to see it snaked out from under me if i got a deal that i couldnt pass up... so, basically, whats the thoughts from ya'll about an LS thats been "upgraded" to an 2LT with all the trim\options? |

2LT is sweet go for it (own one myself)
as for your winter question i don't drive mine in the winter. a rear wheel drive car will make most trips an adventure in the snow, and i get a lot of it in CT so i have a busted old Durango i drive for like 4-5 months enjoy the car you'll love it |
