+1

i've used Photoshop since 5.5 was released (got it free from a family member who moved on to another version) and I've been hooked since. I did go to school for graphic design and I am now in school for animation multi-media so I get my use out of it.

Search for Corel paintshop pro x theres a free version of it for download but it does try to get you to buy version 11 when you close out. Nice program otherwise.

Try Microsoft Digital Imaging - it is a lot more user friendly and you can cut out what you don't want very easily as well as put other items in with little to know work.

They have a free download (it's not forever) but well worth looking at if the above is what you are wanting to do with your car.

Good Luck.

In fact, unless you are planning on doing it for monetary gain (like trying to get a job in a design studio) I would suggest just getting one of the freeware programs like Gimp (what I use) or paint.net - spending 200+ on photoshop would be completely unnecessary.

I know you can request here for photoshops but I didnt want to bother anybody asking so many requests. I thought if I could download it on my own I could try to do it myself. I will check some of these out that some of you suggested. Thanks and I do appreciate your help.

If you just want to get started without having to spend big bucks for Photoshop pro, just get Photoshop Elements; it's under $100 and will do pretty much everything you'd need to get started. It's not a quick and easy program to learn; there are people who's entire career is using Photoshop and they'll tell you there are still things it can do they haven't learned yet.

It can be a lot of fun and very entertaining though if you do decide to try it out. There are tons of "how-to" books you can get at Barnes and Noble or any of the big name chain bookstores. If all else fails check Amazon; they have all the books too.
