Gotta LOVE pushing a stick 4 times on a quarter mile run. I shifted 4 times in a high ten second car, and that seemed to be a nano-second shift going from first to second

I ran a Doug Nash 5 speed in a DZ 203 powered '66 Chevelle. The super low tranny first gear combined with 4.88 rear gears allowed that little motor a 5000 RPM launch with wheels up. Not bad for the little screamer in a medium weight car

Bring back Sunoco 260 to the local station. Some folks STILL drive L-88s and need the good gas.
