Remote start issues
Hey guys I need a little bit of help.
I ordered factory remote start for my brother's 2010 1SS and installed it. Also added the right hand steering wheel controls. MY issue is this, we've taken it to two dealerships in town and doesn't seem like either of them know how to activate either in the BCM The last dealer we took it to said "Chevorlet no longer supports this in these models" I get off the phone with GM customer service this morning and apparently they do still support it.. SO here's my question... Anyone know HOW to program it, or where a TSB or Document ID is for them to follow?

Might try calling your local stereo shop. They install and program those daily.
