Ordering Questions - MSRP

Hi all,

I have been on the waiting list at Mike Hale Chevrolet in Park City, UT, and put a $500 deposit down in July to maintain that. I am supposed to go tomorrow and put in my order for the new car. I know that it needs to be done on quick order on the work bench as a sold order type. I received a call from the salesman today saying that he can't get any pricing to show up on the screen, so we can put an order in but he can't get pricing. I know that I need an MSRP in writing to avoid huge mark ups, so I am wondering what he is doing wrong here. Or if I am just being lied to. Please help me out all.

When I ordered mine it showed nothing of pricing on the computer. Just make sure you get MSRP in writing.

I ordered a new 2009 Vette before there were prices in the system. Maybe get something saying no more than MSRP. Even email.

So those of you who did get MSRP, did you get a promise to pay no more than MSRP, or did you get the MSRP of just your model without accessories, or what did you get? Thanks again!

I filled out a buyer order form with all options and pricing listed (msrp). It included tax, title, tag...my out the door cost.

Tell him to go to DEALERWORLD / WORKBENCHES/ SALES / GM PRICING / CHEVROLET / 2010 CAMARO......

Camaro Scotty quick question....There all this talk about a workbench number, which I never got, and I am wondering how in the world should I get through to my dealer to give me this and if I should worry about it?

Thank you for that, I just might do that. Not having a lot of luck ordering one but when I do get it done and broken in, going to go by the dealer/s and push the TC button and smokem.

My dealer had the same issue I don't have a Workbench order and No pricing on my build reciept. I called them today and They said I don't need one because they do it by Name and that each dealer does it differently. They also said they just got pricing in the system that wasn't there last night when I ordered. And that my Salesman will print me out a new order sheet with pricing on it.

EDIT: I found your dealers number online, I should be ordering tomorrow afternoon, hopefully you are around, I have a feeling we may need backup on this one.
