That's easy, remove the 4 gauge console, there are two screws behind it, remove those and the stereo pulls right out.

The gauge cluster just pops up be careful to not pull to hard you may break it. Meaning don't get to large of a bend in the front end of it.

I have that all out... removed the two screws at the bottom, so now the grey plastic piece just pops right off? Do I need to remove the knobs?

I do believe it all pops off. THe knobs stay attached the whole Stereo face plate and Climate control knobs etc. Makes it nice. Once that is off there are two or four screws that hold the stereo unit itself in the hole. It is kind of a bugger to get the facew pate out.

widshield guys use them a lot, it is a 8 iinch long or so plastic or fibre wedge with 2 pointed ends. great for getting into a small crevace and prying out without damaging plastic parts. its a great alternative to a flat blade screwdriver......i also use something called a 'lil chisler.

ever get that paint protection film, dude?

Ahh, I picked up a plastic interior removal set. . 6-7 different shapes.

I have not yet. . . Was going to drop you a line soon though. . I'm heading up there in June for the Camaro meet. You going to be there?

Ofer, you mentioned in one of these threads about replacing your chipped windshield. Did you get it replaced with a HUD windshield yet ?
