I highly recommend the Detroit Speed trailing and toe rods, plus their rear sway bar. The handling is great but I never expected the improvement in how they lay the power down. I did 1LE GM stuff before those, but removing the squishiness of the rubber bushings and stamped steel parts made a major difference to my ride, perhaps more so than poly cradle bushing inserts and all other mods.

Thanks for all the feedback, appreciate the help since suspension is not my strongest suit. I'll definitely add trailing and toe arms to the list and look into some of the bushing options, I don't think I'll go as far as the cradle though (for now) and don't think I am smart enough to actually take advantage of adjustable parts. Also are the rear end links the same on fe3 and fe4, I noticed some companies offer them for the former but not the latter.

If by rear end links you mean the rear sway bar end links, no they are not the same from FE3 to FE4. The change in the FE4 bars is one of the biggest improvements in the suspension.

Gotcha, yea I noticed they moved the mounting points on the lower control arm farther out but looked like the bars were also wider so thought there was a chance they used same sway bar end links just offset.

The trailing arms don't need to be adjustable, I suggest adjustable tow Rosa because if you decide to lower it at some point you'll need them . Also if going BMR they don't send both bushings with trailing arm so make sure to order the outer bushing. If you don't want to do cradle I highly recommend adding the Hotckis chaise brace which works great and is easy to install.
