interesting 2012 SS auto salvage auction

There sure are a lot of salvage cars popping up here lately. This one is definitely interesting. It looks complete, but the description says
"partial/incomplete repair". That sure isn't much info to go on.

I was just curious what you could buy around this price... most are beat up... this one looks complete and says it runs and drives. but I imagine there must be some issues with it... but not bad if you wanted to have a street/strip setup.

The prices on these are sky high for a salvage a 1lt with 20 K miles for over $10 grand , that needs a ton of work or parted out?

I also think flood damage. Looking at the engine bay with that haze covering everything is almost a tell tale sign of it being submerged.

It would be cheaper than a body in white if you're looking for something to cut up for a drag car or a serious track toy. Plus you can register it and drive it on the street. I see potential here...
