SOOO much better!!

I just can't believe after seeing how easy it was to come up with a better look, using 95% the same design, that GM landed where they did.

I can't imagine that fixing the flowtie is going to be a huge problem. The chrome trim piece likely just snaps in. It'll either be superficial or connected to a piece that is the depth of the grill. In either case once that's out it's a matter of fitting a tight plug. A little filler to cover up any remaining seam and paint the cross bar body color. Attaching the flowtie you removed from the crossbar to the upper grill will be determined by how it was constructed but again it shouldn't be a major challenge either. Someone will have kits available not long after these things start hitting the lots I'm sure.

Much better.... Still has a "snub" nose, but a splitter should help it, and some stripes.

The new design looks like a Malibu in the front. The bowtie juts out too prominently; it looks so much better with the center section body-colored and the bowtie moved up into the grille recess. Come on, GM!
