Which way does MAF face???

Doing a swap and putting a 2015 LFX into my Scion FRS. That said,, just got the MAF sensor and not sure which way it faces. I would assume the opening faces into the air stream but not sure.

Can someone confirm??

The way it's oriented in the picture is the same way it's mounted in my Cold air intake. To answer your question ,yes.

Plus, i think the holes are oriented in the tube for it to fit only one way

I think there is an arrow on the part orienting the way it's supposed to be installed.

Build thread is here.

http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=117334

Should scoot pretty good when done,, FRS is 2750 Lbs so quite a bit lighter than a Camaro. Biggest issue has been with the FRS's rear cross member. Had to get an Oil pan from a Holden out of AU. Also had to recess the clutch master 2 3/4" into the firewall to clear the HP pump on the motor. Motor mounts are done,,, starting transmission mounts and exhaust systems now.
