That's doubtful. The entire LS376 engine, with all components costs $8928.57, and you can get a full LS6 for S7141.43. There is no way a blower would cost as much as an entire performance crate engine. I could see them hitting the 5k maximum, but it's more likely you'll be able to pick one up for about +-$3500. GM is not in the business of ripping their consumer off.
