Don't think they make a V6 Lancer. If it is a modded Evo then look out.

Yep, if it's an Evo better use caution. He'll get you on the launch for sure, they can be shockingly quick.

4 banger with or without Turbo, AWD, max hp: 300 (Evo MR), similar performance has a Subaru STI. quick off the line but no top end past 2nd. might get you on a 1/8 mile track, on the 1/4 mile you'ill be in front by 3 cars. Low 14's or at best 13.8

If hes running an Evo Lancer but told you its a V6, or "wasn't sure"...then he is clearly playing you and taking advantage of your ignorance.
Ask him what he really has, and if its modded and report back to us. Is your car modded at all?

There's one (EVo MR) at my Lapping Club. It's faster on a tight track then me but not on the road circuit where we dominate on long straits. What's your best QmT?

My evo viii 11.7@116 (race fuel) , 12.0@112 (pump)
Evo ix 12.5@109 (pump gas) only one run clutch would not hold a launch, 355awhp dynojet . I really feel like the ix was stronger on pump gas than the viii.

What's the difference between a 14 second evo and an 11 second evo? About $1,500. There is no way of knowing without more information. Those AWD turbo twins from Japan respond to modifications like fire to gasoline. They can be very fast very easily.
