New build... won't start

Getting code P0016 changed both cam and crank sensors, new battery. Have spark, fuel, etc and found pic from build timing sockets are correctly lined up. Any thoughts?

Rebuilt engine, all new, C5R timing kit, TSP stage 2 blower cam, 2.9 whipple, 102TB, ported/ polished heads,

I've seen a bad chain throw this code before. Also make sure timing marks are lined up correctly. Did you degree your camshaft when installing?
Check for pinched/melted/damaged wires too

Have you gone back over every single grounding point? One of the easiest things to forget is one of our many grounds.

Every point marked with a '2' is a ground location. Obviously a bit different since you have a blower on top, but close enough.

I have and did find one that wasn't connected. Which was reason it wouldn't crank. I will use this schematic when I get home to go over things again. Thx

I've been through a similar situation like this before with my trailblazer SS, and it was a ground.

Are you using the cam phaser? If you are its not full of oil yet causing the cam timing to be all over the place. Crank it until you see oil pressure.

Pain in the ass, but if I were you I would get the technical manual and use the wiring schematics and diagrams. I've done this when moving my fuse box and did every single pin to every sensor in the entire car. I have the manual if you need it in pdf form.
