Are air tools needed for the install or will hand tools work?

I did mine with all hand tools. Prefer it that way for a DIY...

Would a standard Milwaukee power drill work for pinning the crank? Thanks again man!

The drill bits with cutting oil are the key. Now, I have to admit that was the only time I used an air tool (air drill) but the sharp bits and cutting oil made the difference...

Yes, I used my Ryobi drill to get the job done. Just go slow, high speed on steel will destroy drill bits.

Spot on!

Slow, steady and use cutting oil to prevent the bit from overheating. Clear the chips often from the hole as you go...

Let the bit do the work

I did 70% distilled, 30% concentrated dexcool (We're in Texas you know!) for the radiator and intercooler. Mix it up as you need it... 3 gallons distilled and 1 gallon concentrated dexcool should be enough...

Yep!

The easy method is to use an anti-freeze tester and set the mix to the 'lowest' temps in your area (historical). If you do that, you'll have freeze protection (ours in DFW was -8 about 100 years ago, but still, set it to around 0 to be safe) -- about 70% to 30%...
