And here i thought i had it bad trying to convince the wife i should get a chevy crate engine to replace my tired 305.

Yeah that won't fly. LOL we do the bills together. I think she would have my head on a spear if I tried that.

And you're right, that is my plan. I would like to do BBQ as a full time job one day. I'm currently working on receipes and methods. Then I'll try to work on a business plan.
