Why is there so much hate in this thread? Are you mad that you're parents weren't successful or you aren't successful as adults? My parents work very hard for their money, and I'm not a spoiled brat who gets everything handed to me. I'm a Mechanical Engineering major in my 4th semester, taking an average of 17 units a semester, maintaing a 4.0 GPA, and working 30-35 hours a week. I have never been in trouble, so why shouldn't I have what I do? I was the one who walked up to him to ask about his car and the first thing he said was "Is that your Camaro? It's the nicest I've ever seen" He was very humble, and I was the one who asked what other cars his family has.

And about the 1/4 mile race. I should be able to beat him pretty bad, I currently have full bolts on and I'm getting a new cam, a nitrous set up, and 18" drag radials by the end of March. He said he's keeping it stock for now and isn't the best driver either. I know if I get ahead in the 60' he won't have enough time to catch me.

I personally just watched one go high 10's all factory stock at pbir last Wednesday
