I’m just the tester for this product. I dont know this for sure, but I get the feeling its low on the priority list. Maybe lack of demand, or just greater demand in the newer DI platforms, I’m not sure. You’d have to speak with Dave.

How do you feel the DSX Stuff is treating you?

After 4 months under your belt how do you feel the DSX stuff is treating you? It looks really well built, is it all metal? I was thinking of using two Hellcat (525) pumps instead of three 450's, I understand that there's some testing being done to see if the housing can keep up with 3 pumps, i'm thinking 2 might put less of a strain on the housing flow characteristics and i do like the option of having the whole bucket instead of just pumps sitting out in the tank, I like to drive my car and don't want to have any fueling problems when the tank is low like on a long trip. Any information or advice that you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

To follow up on my own post.. DSX mentioned recently they may run a batch of these and get them to market. But again, talk to DSX if interested.

So far so good man! Yes, it's all metal. Once I got the o ring problem fixed (which was my fault), it hasn't skipped a beat. I've never seen fuel pressure drop so far. DSX has asked me to test it at low fuel levels specifically. So I've done several rips on the street (and dyno) with around 1/8 tank and seen no drop in pressure.

There is one thing I have yet to test 100%. The rate of fuel pressure rise. On my old 376 with this blower it made 20psi. I ran a 58psi base and never saw over 76psi fuel pressure. By my math, and a 1:1 rising rate regulator (using Aeromotive A1000) I should see 78psi. Now with my 427 and same blower, it only makes 16psi. I raised my base to 60psi, and still see a max of 76psi fuel pressure. The larger G4 blower is installed, I'm just waiting on a new radiator to arrive. Should see 20psi again. After giving this info to DSX, they made their own adj FPR with some high tech fancy special spring inside, that should be more accurate. I need to fab a bracket and change some plumbing before I can install it though. And prefer to change one part at a time, so first I'll get the new blower going.

(Dave had to order a new tool for his CNC machine for the 1/8 npt port so I could keep my fp sensor port. I guess this was my punishment, lol)

I should mention there is a picture above where I put all the wiring inside the basket to make it easier to install. That is incorrect. They should be outside of the basket.

I thought I read somewhere that the hellcat pumps draw more amperage than the 450s. You might wanna research that. I had to rewire a friends AGP 5th gen fuel system recently. He has the AGP TT kit and AGP fuel system with two hell cat pumps. The wiring inside the relays were not making good contact and it partially melted the relay. I ran larger 10awg grounds directly to battery and replaced the relay. Been making 1050+ ever since.
