modification vs warranty

I have a 2013 2LT convert that is all most a year old. When I wake it up this spring,I like to do some mods.
1 Cold Air Inductions Intake
2 Solo v6 Mach X exhaust
3 Elite 1 catch can
Will any of these mods void the warranty.
I just want it to sound a little deeper, and is there any think else I should consider.
I am in my 60's and not looking to go nuts.

Mods don't necessarily void your warranty.. Basically from what I have read/been told is that the certain aftermarket part will not be covered and any other parts that failed due to that aftermarket part.
If all you are doing is an intake, catch can, and cat back exhaust, I would not worry about your warranty at all.
I've never heard of any person who has had any mechanical problems due to aftermarket exhaust and intake. But like I said, the warranted service would only be voided if they can prove your aftermarket part caused the problem.
Refer to the "magnuson moss act"

None of those should void your warranty

Just depends on what you take your car into the dealership for. For example, if your MAF sensor is causing a problem and you have an intake some dealerships would want to try and blame it on the intake so that it does not have to be covered under warranty. They could try and say the extra air flow made your MAF go out.
