Change the diff fluid with red line. Made a world of a difference. I can feel the smoothness and hear less clunking. Try it you’ll like it. I’m sold on redline. No more AC delco fluid for me.

Jon,
Just watched this video and it made more sense to me.
(I know, Holy old thread BATMAN!!! )

I do get a "Clunk" at times, but what I also get is what feels like an "open diff" when I'm pulling out of my driveway.

I have an alley and a slope on my driveway so I have to pull out and pull in at an angle and then straiten out after each. In my alley, there are more "slopes" and the car is so stiff, one wheel actually comes off the ground at certain angles. For a second, I can give it gas and nothing happens until it seems to "catch" (pretty quickly) and then I move forward. A Function of the worm wheel/gears interacting I believe.

Regardless, thanks for posting several years ago!
