Bone Stock G35 auto vs Camaro SS

250 awhp 3900 lb G37 awd coupe can do 13.7 @ 103, why is it impossible to think a 260 rwhp 3500 lb G37 rwd sedan can do 13.6 @ 102?

The G35 sedan got a 14 second because it got a sh!t launch and you can hear it shift into 4th before the 1/4 mile marker. I trapped 100-101 letting it shift into 4th before 1/4 mile marker, trapped 102-103 by holding 3rd to redline.

These are professional drivers though....I don't believe a 250 awhp G37 can do 13.7 with a normal driver

And sorry, yes my carS are faster than yours, in any place. Mod for mod or bone stock. Unless a 90 year old woman, with no feet, and an aversion to driving fast was driving my cars.

350z HRs have gotten low 13s stock and mid 13s yes. V36 gen g sedan is only about 200 lbs heavier then a gt 350z hr. Thats .2 tenths of a second tops using rule of thumb figures.

Well I'm a decent driver. But an automatic cars are a cake walk, awd auto takes no skill at all.

The only magazine times not normally achievable by normal owners are those 13.5 second redline clutch dumping wrx times.

You sound like stereotypical ignorant v8 owner, anyone with smaller engine or less then 8 cylinders are automatically slower. I'm glad people like you exist, because you make it fun for everyone to laugh at you when you lose to a car that's supposed to be slower then you.

If I lose to v8 like a 5.0 or srt8, you dont understand I don't care. They're supposed to be faster; I don't get butt hurt if a more powerful car with twice the engine size beats me. Let me guess you magically have a misfire, or you make the excuse "its not running right", if you lose to some "inferior" car like a 370z or full bolt on v6 mustang.

P.s. post up some vids of your Pontiac at least, instead of being like a chihuahua... All bark no bite.

If I lose to a 5.0, I understand...power, weight, gearing, etc etc. No big deal. If I lose to an econo grocery getter with less power and similar weight then I know either in my world I did a poor job or driving, or my car isn't running right. In your world the stars align, unicorns trumpet you at the finish line, and leprechauns dance with you in celebration.

There's more to race then just power to weight. Exactly, if you lose.... you automatically start thinking of excuses. You just admitted it. That's your world. You can only accept a loss to a car you feel comfortable with losing too, that's a stuckup mentality.

What actually happened here is I posted an interesting few videos completely relevant to this section of the thread, you got mad because you didn't like the results... then ask why I posted them. It's a 1/4 mile race, I am not going to floor it past the 1/4 mile marker into the wall... I wasn't afraid, I was using common sense.

if i am supposed to believe the guy with a cart in his photo, only v8 owners are stuck up and if a v8 thats supposed to beat a grocery getter loses he has no issues except that his car sucks.

grocery getter guy definately doesnt have any overcompensating issues by trolling a camaro forum to tell everyone his grocery getter really is an atlas rocket.
