Yes, I pulled them up to there also, and used the Lt. Green wire for the positive, and a black wire on one of the lights for ground, that provided the power for the camera in backup only.

Sorry to butt in here. But I noticed that on the site there's not a place to order the whole unit, just the connection wires needed.

Mylink Install Completed

My install went pretty smooth, UNTIL it came to putting the 4-pack gauges back in. As some others had said, the power outlet, etc leaves very little room.
MY solution was to extend the wires for the gear shift indicator light and install all the trim pieces at the same time. I did not have to trim anything off of the front (like it shows in the video instructions).

For the 2010 guys. Where are you mounting your gps antenna? Does it have to be unobstructed from the sky or can it be hidden in the dash???

You can hide it in the dash just place as high up as possible. In my old winter vehicle my after market unit had a similar antennae. I had it in glove box. It worked well.

I mounted mine on the drivers side, in the fuse panel at the top, for maximum signal, without being seen.

Just to the right of the head unit you can see a nice steel bar. I tie-rapped mine to the top of that, from what I understand the antenna makes the whole car a receiver for the GPS signal as long as it's affixed to something metal

Since my install, song titles don't show in the HUD anymore. Anybody else notice this and is that normal now?

If your car came with it then no need to add it into the AC connector.
