Ahhh you mean the one who won Drag week with our heads/intake and one of the very 1st public manifolds where he got angry about some snout bolts? Yes we phucked up on assembly of the manifold. Majority of that issues was poor communication how it was handled on our end. We learned from that and moved on but NOTHING to do with power related. When we waffled that induction package the winner ended being a SpaceX employee that opened HUGE doors for us

I can give you that information as I was there when this happen. We ported a set of Bordix castings for this tuner (Rather not say names out of respect) car made crazy power and won his class. There was an issue with the manifold during assembly that we later found out. Things were handled poorly on both sides and we both let things escalate where legal action was taken. He apologized and we moved forward.

Today those heads and intake are making 1800whp on a grudge car. No secret 2017 we we're going through growing pains.

A company willing to publicly admit mistakes is a good thing in my book.

Pretty aggressive port for a non stroker motor car.

and even if the heads were the problem, those were Brodix castings and the OP is asking about stock ported heads.

What one has to do with the other is beyond me.

Just so we're all on the same page. ^^^

I agree. That seems to be his question.
His thread was derailed with mis-information. But its sorted out now, and we can return to the topic.

You're right, I didn't recognize "Stage 2" being their porting service vs a from new head.

I spoke with Kip at Cam Motion and told him my goal was to walk 392 hemi Challengers, besides a nice LLSR cam; his recommendation was Frankenstein .heads. Held one on my lap for awhile and they simply looked like art work to my senior eyes. With the top end done, the next mod will be a 416 rotating assembly, I expect these heads will take the increased flow very well.
