Little update for those of you still following along.

Built trans is in. Got it tested, then threw it in last week. No pictures, but you can look at one of the other two time I've done that now...

I am officially sick of the hood dumps.

Took the car to get ice cream and do burnouts.

Also threw in some accel ceramic spark plug wires. I just keep frying mine.

These are the wires I run.... Had two sets custom made, a bit pricey, and have never had issue with the first set.... Mine were cut to length for my coils, mounted on the firewall.... but I'm really happy with them....

Well, melting plugs wasn't good enough, time to start melting more wires. Got the full exhaust run at a local performance fab shop. Hood exhaust was fun for a minute.

The new down pipe is only a 3", so it's super restrictive. We couldn't figure out a way to get a 4" back and retain AC

I plan to run a fender cutout at some point to try to get some of the power back.

Gettin some miles on the car with the new exhaust. Definitely choked things up. Turbo spools slower, dropped boost (from 13lbs to 7lbs with the same spring). But much more tame on the streets.

Also got sick of my fuel pump leaking gas (my fault) and replaced that with a new Fore triple pump (WB450s). It is significantly quieter than my triple DW301s.

whatsup guys. its been a minute.

Had a busy summer. Put some solid miles on the car. Just took it over 100k on the chassis.

Got the AC working.

Still no cruise. No reverse lights.

Was fighting drone and a really rough ride (car has been lowered for a few years, think with the iron block its just too much).

Switched over to borla ATAK mufflers and put some lakewood 90/10s in the front with the stock shocks.

exhaust is so butchered at this point, mufflers don't really fit.

stance is still sporty. drives much smoother. definitely not a corner car anymore

I still drive it around in the summer.

Life got real busy. Bought a house, got married, did a masters degree.

Working on my garage right now to get back into this. Want to convert to the huron speed T6 kit.
