So I was thinking of getting a group together to run up there for the weekend. Either stay in Robbinsville at the Microtel, or actually stay at the resort. I have been there several times the past few years on my bikes, but never in a car. So if anyone would be interested and have a date they would like to go or can go, let me know and well get this thing set up, and we can have it registered with the deals gap website and they can post it, so people that arent associated with this forum can see it, and maybe meet up, or join the site because of it.

You might want to check out joining our Car Club. We are the "5th Gen Camaro's of the Carolinas". We do a run of the Dragon each year around May. Here are some pics from this past year.

We didn't run the Dragon but did take an exit off the BRP near Asheville onto route 151. Man let me tell you that road was nothing but curves and some I though if I took them fast enough I could kiss my a$$ they were so sharp. Had a blast even though we were in our Acadia. The wife and one daughter didn't like it very much. LOL

Well I know that there are some people that have gone in May, but for those that have not made it, or would like to go back this year, would you all like to pick a weekend maybe in October to go up there.

5th Gen Camaros of the Carolinas will be running the Dragon afgain in May 2014 and taking in the sites in Gatlinburg TN. If you would like to join us send me a PM....

I live an hour away from the dragon and haven't made it down there yet. If you decide to go there I may join in as well.
