Modified V6 Fuel Economy

Does anyone keep track of their fuel economy that has a heavily modified v6?

I'm currently getting 11.6L / 100KM (~20.5mpg) in the city but that's with me putting the peddle down and shifting every 2.5k RPM. Some roads are back to back traffic lights and some a little longer roads with traffic lights...

This is my daily 1 hour drive commute to work where I maybe redline it once..

I don't know, but today I learned that the gas gauges between American and Canadian cars are different lol

No, I knew the speedometer would be different. I mean the full/empty gas gauge. Instead of the open/closed symbol, ours has an E and an F. Like so:

Because in French F means Finished, not Full.

So 250 miles for a full tank of gas. And our car's fuel tank size is 19 gallons. That comes out to ~13.15 mpg which isn't that great for a v6... maybe because of the e85? i get around ~20.5mpg

E85 gets way worse economy. Personally I've been getting around 20mpg average and I can only get like 24-25 on the highway at best right now, even though I've done a bunch of maintenance within the last 12 months cause my car is at 112k now. I used to average around 22 and get up to 30 on the highway.

When Indycars switched to ethanol the requirements went from 4.5MPG to 2.1MPG. It's less $/gallon, but more $/mile. But, you've got more power and water will extinguish a fire.

If the $/gallon & $/mile part is true then i can see why people do that. I would want to see what i can dyno at with e85 but in Canada there is no e85

and 20-22mpg part sounds about right im usually around 19-20.5mpg

Right. E85 makes sense, but I'm on 93. It does bug me how bad my economy is. I may just switch to E85 tbh.
