The flow tie pops out and can be replaced after looking at the White 1LE spy photos. Some vendor most likely will sell a black one in the future i would bet. I am still on the fence with the 19's. My lease will be up in a few months and not sure about going back to Chevy still for the next one...

If this is a real Flowtie, it's hollow in the middle to let air through; removing it would leave a hole in the bumper face. If you hate holes in the bumper for mounting the front license plate holder, you'll really hate the larger air hole in the middle for the Flowtie!

Its a Flowtie Emblem that can and will be removed and replaced, wrapped, bought from a vendor or whatever to make it match up. 90% of the aftermarket distributors are probably thinking of producing or getting from GM's secret Santa stash Black Flowtie Emblems that will pop in place. The question is how hard to remove it most would ask....

Look closer. The bowtie looks inset to me. Remove it and there will be a bowtie-shaped hole on the bumper.

Xpel Stealth will take care of that for you - and then the black will match the hood and mirrors when you get both of them wrapped too.

If it is, how about this for a solution: You could cover up the indentation with a front license plate! By definition, a Flowtie lets air flow through it...
