O.K.,
My Camaro has bluetooth compatibility, but I know nothing about Bluetooth. I am sick of getting calls on my phone, but do not want to be one of those idiots with an appendage coming out of his head....
Is this setup like hands free calling, but with your provider instead of GM's call minutes???

But to answer your question, yes, you use the hands free calling feature in the car through your cell phone. Imagine the car stereo is that silly blue tooth thing in your ear.

Yes, it is part of the PDIM and it works like a champ!!! And yes, you can add the PDIM to the 1SS
