PDIM question

Ok so you can plug in your iPod etc thru a USB port. Im getting a LS so I will be doing this mod down the road. Question is, does the USB port also charge the device when its plugged in or no?

Yes, the PDIM charges your iPod while it is plugged into the USB port

The pdim in our 10 equinox only works half the time. Sometimes wont sync at any point during a 5 hr drive. Seems like microsoft built it. Id rather have the normal jack myself until it gets more stable.

Microsoft makes Ford Sync. Ford Sync is about a billion times better than GM PDIM. It's not even fair.
