well if it ever slows up a little those same instructions will work on windows 7 too

I just throw mine against the wall and it usually starts working as a whole new machine

I've done my share of defragging drives

OS and program file drives are the SSD's, I have the 3TB regular one that occasionally gets defragged.

I probably should do it, however my Drobo isn't something I've tried to defrag yet. It's a 15TB 5-drive RAID and probably doesn't need it since I don't do much but back things up to it.

nice man!!and yeah you probably dont need it to be done too often, 15 tb would probably take forever to defrag anyways haha

Not bad tips, thanks for sharing! I deleted my old anti-virus soft and the speed had grown up significantly.

you're welcome!! glad you found it helpful! and yeah be careful with some antivirus software some can be real hogs and slow your computer up significantly.
