With these rims at that price and tires from tirerack.com the total before shipping and mount and balance is around $4448

Rims - $2580
245/40/21 x 2 - $840 *Pirelli Pzero tires
275/35/21 x 2 - $1028

Ok, so my question is, if you get the 21"'s with the car, do you get to keep the 20's? I saw on here where someone said their tires made it to the dealership before the car did. I thought it was a ripoff because I assumed that was the upgrade price and not a standalone number. If you get the 20's AND the 21", wheels and tires, that's not so bad, but if they keep the 20's, it's ridiculous as an upgrade price.

Be sure you add shipping and bend you over HANDLING on to the wheel cost....

Great low prices, but excessive shipping, which isn't refundable if you make a return.

Those are not the exact rims that are on "Black"... "Black" had the 21" posished rims that were then "black chromed" only on the polished sections.

For the kind of dough, i would buy some CCW or i-forged rims, etc that are 10x better made than those POS EOM wheels

Why not just ask your parts desk for a discount? I ordered a bunch of accessories and asked and got 15% off.

Every place can make you a deal, you just have to ask.

in my opinion, and of course it has no weight what so ever, these rims are ugly, generic, overpriced, and poorly thought out. Even the "direct" pricing is too expensive for what they are

Why in the world they went with 21's is beyond me, its just such an odd number.

I think the rims look good. But the price seems a bit much for them. I guess we'll have to wait and see how the quality of them holds up before making assumptions. Hopefully they fair better than the GM chrome wheels I got for my 2000 Camaro SS. The chrome started peeling after a year so they were rather disappointing. Painted wheels kinda worry me. Anyone had any issues with the paint coming off wheels after a short amount of time?

Don't forget tire pressure monitors in that estimate. And the cost of calibrating.

I had a Mazda with painted wheels several years back, damn things lasted the life of the car with not-so-regular maintenance. Obviously we're talking about apples and oranges here, but those wheels were tough; hopefully these new ones are as good or better.

Those were factory wheels even, huh?

Anyone have bad luck with aftermarket painted wheels? Probably alot safer to get powder-coated ones?
