Valley Car Club Show - Simsbury, CT - 7/13

In case anyone is interested in this show, it is $10 for registration and welcomes all cars. Not sure how big it is, but it appears previous years brought out some nice rides. I will be attending, as I live in town.

+1 for me. Can't get much closer .... 3 miles form my house. hopefully we get a nice day.

This show is put on by the www.valleycollectorcarclub.org and draws about 400 cars every year.
I'll be parking modern Camaros, Mustangs, Chargers, etc. in class Q, in field 1.
Show is in downtown Simsbury Ct with lots of restaurants, shops and shade trees.

This sounds like a pretty good show. This will be my first with my 1le. Hope to see you guys there!

Yes, 17 or18.... Open the clubs attachment on post #1 on this thread.
Then go to club's "Car Show", then "2014 Classes". As I'll be parking cars in
show field #1, class Q; I can try to put us all together as I did the last 2 years.

It is black top. Several attached lots divided by treed grass islands and wooded surround.
Several food vendors plus pubs & restaurants right there.
Another nice thing is you can leave when you want- I never go to shows where you get blocked in.

I checked out class sheet and some of the show pics from the other shows and looks like a great show!
Thinking about this one. Has anyone listed think about a rally point yet? Maybe the old Wagner Ford lot to meet up and roll in together?

The old Wagner ford sounds like a good spot. I'm new to these. What time would be best to meet and roll from there.

I'll be there with the club before 7 Sunday setting up. Lots of work goes into a show
like this making it a success. Actually it starts right after the last years show.
The earlier you guys get there, the easier it is to park us together-- Before 10.

Hi Bill. Maybe 9am for a meetup time and roll out 9:45. It will give everyone time to get there and meet.

I can start a list who's going and maybe post a map so everyone knows where it's at.

Show hours are 10:00 - 3:pm so we can all park together.

Like the shade factor if its going to be hot

Ok guys here we go. The Dunkin Donuts next to the old Wagner Ford building on RT-10/ 202 just up from Iron Horse Blvd (about a mile away)from where the show is at.

If your local you know where it's at.
