XM cust service..a joke!

So XM automaticlly renews if you have a credit card on the account, what a joke.

So I get my credit card statement in the mail today, I was billed 3 months for XM at $47 (what a rip). So I called CS trying to explain that I sold the truck 2 months ago, simply cancel the account and refund me. Well what a bitch it is to cancel, it took me 7reps for me to get this through to them, one was claimingI have to be 18, I'm like I'm in my 20s, she's telling me I'm under 18 and can't cancel the account. Next rep was a plain dumbass, next one hung up on me, next one is saying she can't since they billed me feb 15th that to much time elapsed, well shit I just got my statement in yesterday..I cant read the effing future dammit, I got to the 6th rep and lost it, she got an earfull...7th rep finally did the refund.

Yep it's pretty bad, they overbilled my account and it took me 2 phone calls and my wife another 2 calls to get it right. Talked to at least 4 people and every time they opened their mouth the amount they should have billed was different. Finally told em if they can't figure it out to cancel and for some reason they figured it out

I had a very similar experience. It was one of the worst CS experiences I've had in the last decade.

XM is pretty horrible, I do admit.

You should go to your credit card company and have them stop making payments. Hell, you can probably go 1 step further and say that they keep billing you, and they will refund you.
