Honestly just adding another ground there doesn't really help, what bo white has posted before, you should take the ground that's in the trunk that's grounded to the body, if you look under there after unbolting it, there's really not much metal showing there to make a good ground, get a small grinder and clean both the surface of the connector and also the body to where your seeing fresh metal, THEN hook it back up, that should help alot.

Yep totally agree , this is what I did and added a ground cable from engine block to frame. No more problems !

Hmmmm, I didn't really pay attention to that part, guess I'm going to check that out the next time I uncover her for a ride. Thanks.

Yea it totally helped my hot start problem, and I also added the ground strap from the starter to the frame.

Thanks for sharing that video. I’ll build one out of welding cable and mount it back there. Seemed to make a huge difference.

Yes sir, welcome. Just remember on this vid they had BOTH cables on their Camaro, the bellhousing one AND now the trunk one as they mentioned. I only did the trunk one and it helped so far..
