Exclamation Roto-fab dyno results from SCT Performance!

Here is a graph from the most recent dyno testing of the Roto-fab CAI. As many of you know, our system has shown legitimate gains when tested by a number of reputable tuners!

This graph is a great comparison of the Roto-fab CAI vs. the stock system on an otherwise stock Camaro SS. As you can see, our performance gains are achieved without considerable AFR skew, making this CAI a true "no-tune required" system!

Thanks for your interest everyone, and please let me know if you have any CAI related questions. I would be glad to help!

Very nice. Did SCT do another run with a tune?

Do you guys have any idea why my car would be throwing a code for barometric pressure sensor by chance? It doesn't happen all the time but sometimes it'll idle high around 1,000-1,100 RPM and it said reduced engine power the other night. Just trying to see if I did something wrong on the install

I would check all connections including: Filter to MAF housing, MAF housing to inlet elbow, Inlet elbow to throttle body, and the sound tube port if applicable.

Also, make sure all 4 hose clamps fully engage the duct work. Misalignment of the hose clamps can be a potential issue.

Thanks for using our CAI, we will keep in touch!

Thank you, I'll get out there and check everything out again and tighten it up and see if I have any problems

Just for clarification, you have a Roto-fab CAI that was made for test purposes? If so, did you receive it directly from us?

We have seen a number of 3rd party dyno tests showing solid gains, so I'm confident you're making good power if you're running a Roto-fab CAI!

I'm looking forward to hearing more about your testing!

I don't have any results to share for our CAI with an SCT tune, but we do look forward to hearing more from them!

In my testing Roto-Fab makes great gains without a tune, but even better gains with a tune. I also believe their build quality is one of the best available.

Thanks Sledgehammer. We will never settle for good enough!

Do you plan to publish results of your CAI testing? We look forward to seeing your data!

Have a great weekend,
Michael

I've used the Rotofab on my old supercharged g8gt and I have one on my current SC 16ss. Best quality and performance of any I've ever run.

We're still here! You may want to wait until nicer weather though, heavy snow off and on in the mountains on the way here.

I look forward to meeting you if it works out sometime!
