Sounds like a fun job though. I am trying to find a shop near me that I can intern at and learn - not necessarily for a job, but because it is a fun/useful skill to have.

USMC. My training in the Marines, Back shop Avionics, prepared me for my career as a defense contractor with Lockheed Martin as a technician on the F35 for 3 years, and an Aircraft supervisor for 2 years. Nothing like being in charge of a 120 million dollar stealth fighter jet!. Now i work for another defense contractor. Love it
