lost 7 lbs this week, down 152 lbs and I am below 300 for the first time in roughly 23 years. 298 now

ah, to lose weight as every year 15 pounds would be great for the beginning!

been failing at it for the better part of the last three decades, thank god I found keto, learned how to keep insulin low and hunger at an almost non existent level!

just went thru a two week plateau after a bout with heat exhaustion, body held on to water for a bit but the scale started moving this week, now at 160 lbs lost

amazing journey and something that is so much harder than the average person can even begin to understand. You are doing great and continuing to hit that moving target to lose weight and improve your health.

thanks, I just hope I can inspire one person and improve another life i would be happy 40 more lbs to achieve 200 lbs in one calendar year

I guarantee you are inspiring more than you think you are. People notice everyone in the gym, and see your progress. Just you doing what you are doing, is inspiring everyone there.

I have been extremely fortunate to have people come up and share that with me, not just in the gym, but other things our wrestling group does. It is humbling and inspiring at the same time. It's the dedication, and success they see, keep it up!

thanks, don't know how many times some one has said they don't recognize me any more. and it happens almost daily. more than willing to share my approach with anyone that will listen. sure my co workers get tired of my "educational" sessions ...LOL
