!$^!@ Blown rear tire
Damnit, just my luck; Had it patched a few weeks ago and it blew again.
I was planning on going on a boxed setup with 4 bridgestone Re-11 for December but as they only come in a max size of 19" I had planned on doing some research on which wheel to get. This plan just went out the window... I need to buy 2 new tires ASAP. And if that is the case, I might as well just buy all 4 now! I had my eyes set on RE-11 because I can get them through Cotsco at a reasonable price compared to all other equivalents in the "dry performance" category (PS2, NT05) but they only come in 19! Does anyone know of a lightweight 19x[9.5 to 10.5] (for 285 or 295 all around) that fits the Pedders Xa + B Sway Bars' Camaro "perfectly" (ie. no bulging out, no rubbing, no clearance issues) and is close to (or less) the Forgeline F14's or TSW's Nurburgring price? Right now I can compromise if it cant be a "boxed setup" because of fitment issues in the front wheel/tire, i just need to get some new wheels wrapped in RE-11 goodness to have my adrenaline fix at the track. I need a STREET tire that can work at the track; not the other way around (drag tire that can work in the street) since it rains like crazy here and it is a DD. p.s. God forgive me If I ever find out the !#%!#% who dropped that bolt in the road, I might just .... |
