"Are those aftermarket wheels?"
Stopped at the bank yesterday. On the way back to my car from the ATM, a guy rolled down his window and asked me "Are those aftermarket wheels?"
I was all happy for a second. A month or 2 ago I picked up some Enkei wheels, I think they look awesome on the car. Then I remembered last week I switched over to my winter tires . They're mounted on my stock LS steel wheels!!! He definitely wasn't bustin my balls or anything, he kept asking me all these questions about the engine and how I like it and how it handled. Not sure how you even think the steelies could be anything but base model haha. 2nd compliment this week on the ride though. Makes me remember that the old Camaro is pretty sick

It is weird what different people pick up on when looking at our cars. We have an '11 SS with 45th wheels on it (the dealer put them on there). And even surrounded by Camaros at shows and events, it NEVER gets called out, even by other Camaro owners.

I mean, obviously they don't have the style of my aftermarket black steel wheels, but it's not fair to compare
