Turning off or changing the speed limit 2013 V6 Camaro?
I'm trying to find out what is the cheapest way to turn off or reset the speed limit on my 2013 V6 Camaro I have "z" rated tires on it?
Why they put T rated tires on a Camaro that has 320HP is beyond me! Thanks, |

I was wondering the same thing not all that long ago. Most likely anyone that can tune a car, could change or eliminate the limiter ... BUT, I started thinking that if they used lower-end tires on the car, they might have also put lesser brakes and suspension parts on as well. And that raises the question if the car could handle speeds over 118 mph SAFELY!
I'm retired now and don't drive as much (or QUITE as aggressively) as I did, so thoughts of raising my top speed have kind of faded away.
