Well I got it done finally. Definitely not an easy install. I took the whole front bumper off, and took the lower portion apart from that so that I could market he hotels from the top. That way I knew it was precise. Outcome was great. Just not the easiest.

Is it required to remove the entire bumper to install the APR front splitter or can it be done without doing so on, say, a lift?

Yes....

Especially if you want to add the supporting rods.

I just purchased a ZL1 splitter online and I'm thinking I may have been shipped the wrong splitter. The box says for ZL1 but the splitter doesn't stick out from the sides like I'm seeing with everyone else. My splitter measures 71 5/8" wide, can someone measure the with of your splitter or know what the dimensions are?
