Those are 21", they are offered through GMPP (General Motors Performance Parts).

800 some odd bucks per rim.

I'll be getting those.

There is no DEJr edition...just a SEMA car.

Right but all the parts you see added to Jr's vehicle can be purchased through GMPP. The paint job is the only aftermarket thing you would have to do.
