And who is Jalop---whatever...they contradict themselves anyway...I saw a review from them praising the All-mighty Camaro and now they are just bashing this wonderful car...instead of embracing the future they are in fear...or denial. First run issues and GM is taking care of them as fast as possible. It's all goood..............to the Mole and team keep up the good work.

We received our first SS today. By the time it came off the truck, we got a call from GM technical assistance to check with me (sales manager) and the service manager as well to make sure we were up to speed with this. Parts had already received a $90 roll of official GM duct tape to repair. The car will not be released to the customer without the fix.

Didn't hear a word about any $100 credit towards anything though.

Great post. Thank you. And, I agree.

Bad news, but great form by owning up to the issue and fixing it NOW.

I don't care how long it takes. At least now I know why I don't have my car.

I heard it there were only 300 cars in the recall. The one we had was fixed before we delivered it. Someone from GM actaully called us to inform us of the problem.

Wow a recall already, and our car isn't even built yet !

Actually, I appluad GM for doing the right thing and taking care of this now, there has only been one car that we have heard about with this problem and most manufactures would blow that off as an isolated incedent and keep going, but GM has stepped up and taken care of this right now !

We know we are going to have to deal with first year issues, it's the price we are going to have to pay for being impatient I guess, but it nice to see that GM is going to stand behind their product.

WAY TO GO GM !!!!!
