I don't know much about him other than he was a highly ranked prospect, but I don't really trust the players that shoot up draft boards like he did.

On another note, I was really hoping they'd take Tavon Austin with this pick. The Lions could use a good receiver opposite CJ2K, and between those two and Reggie Bush, they would have no doubt the most electrifying offense... ever?
Agreed.....

..Have to study about him...

#29 Patriots trade back with Vikings (and get a freaking haul), Vikings select Cordarrelle Patterson

Three first round picks has got to be a fun draft for any GM. This guy has the potential to be a beast at WR and they definitely need talent at the position.

#30 Alec Ogletree to the Rams

Guy is a beast. Benefited by playing on a stacked defense. I don't like MLBs in round 1... You look at the last ten years, of all the MLB taken in round 1, only one has been to a pro bowl, and that's Patrick Willis. Obviously, MLB is a position you can find later and not a guarantee to be a great pick.

#31 Travis Frederick to the Cowboys

A first round full of lineman is helped to be capped off by another one. Who is this guy? The fan who held the sign that said "Can we trade our picks for a new GM" had the right idea...

#32 Matt Elam to the Ravens

The pick I have been hoping for since before we won the Super Bowl! He is a great mix between Ed Reed and Bernard Pollard - can do well in coverage but also can drop the shoulder and knock a ball carrier out. In Ozzie We Trust

No doubt the thought did cross my mind... Thankfully, it ended up being the player I wanted all along - will have to look into getting a new jersey now!

I don't understand my team in the past four years the jets have had 5 first round picks. With those 5 picks they have selected the following,

Corner back
Defensive line
Defensive line
Corner back
Defensive Line

So they don't fill holes they just clog other positions!

Hopefully, for Geno's sake, they'll throw Dirty Sanchez to the wolves this season, let Geno sit and get acclimated, and once Rex gets fired, Geno can take the reins with a coach with a remote idea how to run an offense.

Of course, that's ideal, so that's NOT what's going to happen for him.

Edit: Sal Paolantonio just said they are considering releasing the Sanchize. **** Sanchez, #freeTebow
