New member with what might be the last IBM Camaro - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hi everyone,

I have been lurking here and on other Camaro message boards for a long time (I remember when CZ28.com had leaked concept pictures showing IRS). After years of dreaming, working and saving I finally reached a point where purchasing my own Camaro made sense to both my heart and my brain.

On Friday the 25th of May I picked up my 1SS L99/A6 from Highland Chevrolet in Aurora Ontario. The car was ordered on the last week to order 2012's and according to my dealer the car was actually built on Friday the 18th of May but its transportation was delayed by a holiday.

Knowing this I feel like there's a realistic chance that my car might be the last Imperial Blue Metallic Camaro! Is their any way for me to verify if this is true?

there's still a 2012 IBM sitting at my local dealership...

doesn't mean it was the last one made... could have been sitting there since January

Jimmy, CONGRATS on the new ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

yeah, I was going to state that. It has been there for a couple months. I guess I meant there's still some "out there".

I can assure you the very last IBM Camaro won't be sold retail.
