All that work and you put the stock radiator back in?? Step up to a Flex-a-lite.

99.9% done. Intake tube is a mock up. The original tube needs cut and some angles changed.

Looking good! See you got a RAM clutch adjuster ...you're gonna love it! Also saw you got a large clutch reservoir, what size and whose is it, and how did you attach it?

Thank you.

The reservoir is a Wilwood 7 oz. (http://www.wilwood.com/MasterCylinde...emno=260-11098)

It has a plastic mount that I hogged out the holes a little so it would fit on any of the GTO brackets for sale. However, I leaned on it one to many times and the bracket broke (it was one that used both holes in the brake master cylinder). I am getting to buy a different bracket. It's the same reservoir mentioned in a thread on here titled something similar to "do we need a larger reservoir?" A person in that thread said theirs started to leak after a while as it just uses an o-ring for a seal on the bottom. I read on another site to use Silglide from NAPA to prevent that. I just started the car yesterday and backed it into the driveway so I have no long term reports.

I don't know how I'm going to mount the pedal adjuster yet. I'll go with zip ties to the brake cylinder for now. It can be in any orientation. I am glad I got it. The clutch releases extremely high. It caused me to kill the car multiple times because of how high it was.

Zip tying the pedal adj to the brake cylinder is just fine. I tied mine to one of its lines but I had to replace the 13" line that came with the adjuster with a 15" line in order to reach the cylinder lines. My pedal was really high too ( felt like my knee touched my ear before it released) now it releases nice a low and smooth. Sooo much nicer to drive.

I hope it is OK to post this question here.

Can someone recommend better custom length spark plug wires than the MSD ones? I moved the ignition coils to the frame rails and used the MSD Wire Kit to make cables in the needed length. Now I have the problem, that I get ignition problems like a short ignition failure or cut off at full throttle and boost in the upper RPM range. The DIC then shows "check stabilitrac" for a second but no trouble code is saved on the ECM memory.

Regular driving at part throttle is OK. Checked nearly everything but I suspect that maybe the spark plug cables could be the problem. Maybe some type of induction interference.

Are there cables available with better insulation that would work with our ignition system?

I would be thankful to read about your experiences.

Lots of progress to say the least. Although I'm starting to get lazy and I want to just reinstall the stock harness and drive the damn car. Currently wiring the engine, but you can see lots of fun little things here. Baer master cylinder, ssbc prop valve, tucked rad forward of the engine bay, all AN lines... The list goes on.
