How do you like it? They make the 2650 version, correct?

As far as I’ve heard the newer “boosted” versions are successful in maintaining blade position if that’s what you are asking. Before they were difficult to tune and maintaining blade stability under boost.

Nick Williams 103 “boosted” TB?

What’s the major difference between a regular Nick Willams 102mm throttle body and boosted 102mm throttle body? I have the regular one, but wondering if it’s worth it/needed to change out for the boosted version when I go forced induction

Stronger motor and or better gears in the motor.
The regular version had a problem with slamming shut under boost

I read that it also has better seals due to the higher boost pressure

I originally had a BBK 102 and it was going into limp mode on decel when the throttle auto blipped. The Nick Williams one has not had the same problem.

Same thing happened to me. Had the BBK 102 throttle replaced and it did the same thing. No problem with the Nick Williams

I would say so.. but maybe once your boosted? There is talk of even larger Nick Williams being produced and would be valuable under boost. I am going to be running nicks 103 boosted version however look forward to the release of an even larger setup. When attempting to max effort a top mount/twin screw the bigger the better!
